This variation uses two different ways to describe Communion. This manuscript uses the full name 'Corporis et sanguinis Domini' (The Body and Blood of the Lord) while the variant manuscript contains 'salutaris cibi' which means Food of Salvation.
Both options are totally correct, it is just interesting to see the variation of expression.
