Both these verbs are third person, plural, perfect tense. However, they have different meanings.
'Servierunt' means they served, were slaves to while 'genuerunt' means they gave birth to.
'Servierunt' appears earlier in this sentence: '...autem novi Testamenti qui servierunt Christo, et ipsi nobis quodam modo servierunt/genuerunt in ministeriis spiritualibus his inquam ego optabam ex[h]ibuisse omnia officia circa res spirituales.
Likely ' ' makes more sense in the context: ...But the people of the New Testament served Christ and I say that they themselves also served us in a certain way in these spiritual ministries in which I was hoping to display all things concerning spiritual matters.
