The change of verb from 'inveni' to 'ire' changes the meaning of this phrase. Both are governed by 'Determinavi,' but the action in different: <L/B>
'Determinavi et inveni apud Deum concilium' means I determined and I found council in the presence of God
'Determinavi ire ad sacram concilium' means I determined to go to the sacred council
