These adjectives are both ablative, singular, feminine, in agreement with 'cognitione'. 'Una' means one, only, alone while 'viva' means fresh, living. In the phrase 'et rogavi ex viva/una Cognitione,' (meaning And I asked from my mind alone) probably 'una' makes more sense.
