Both words are genitive, singular, and the meaning is similar. However, 'salutis' means safety, health while 'Salvatoris means Savior. In the context of the phrase 'ut dum moriar habeam pacem illam, quae constat ex visione tui salvatoris, ex lumine omnium gentium, et ex gloria tuae plebis Christianae' (since I shall die, I may hold that peace, which depends on the vision of your Savior, from the light of all the peoples and from the glory of your Christian people) I would assume that 'Salvatoris' is the correct choice.
