Both these words are ablative, feminine, singular, but have different meanings. 'Obligatione' means by obligation, guarentee' while 'abnegatione' means by denial.
In the context, 'abnegatione' makes more sense, since 'ex mortificatione etenim Carnis propriae et proprii spiritus obligatione' means since from the mortification of his own flesh and his own spirit by denial...
