These words are spelled similarly and have different meanings, so this may have been a transcription error. 'Invidiam' means hatred, jealousy and 'Incuriam' means carelessness, neglect.
The writer includes this word in a list describing his faults together with 'negligentiam' and 'incogitantiam' (my heedlessness and thoughtlessness). 'Incuriam' fits better in this context.
