This variation in wording changes the object of the visit. With 'etiam visitare animam': The Virgin herself is deemed worthy even to visit my soul... or with 'visitationem meam': The Virgin herself is deemed worthy of my visit. I think the first has smoother grammer and makes more sense, but both are possible.
