These words are both ablative/dative plural, and have related (but different) meanings. 'Interioribus' means interior, more intimate things while 'intentionibus' means purposes, concentrations.
Since the word is modified by an adjective 'mundanis' the correct choice is 'intentionibus'.
So, 'omnibus intentionibus mundanis' means all the worldly purposes...
