Both words are genitive, masculine, plural but have very different meanings. 'Bonorum' means of the goods and 'donorum' means of the gifts.
In the context, likely 'bonorum' the right choice and 'et eos moderetur per infusionem bonorum suorum' means And they control themselves through the infusion of their own good qualities.
