This is the first variation in language which I have encountered between these manuscripts. In this manuscript, the paragraph: 'In die Purificationis Domini Nostri accepit multan cognitionem ex evangelio, et multam devotionem ex officio, et benedictione candelarum cum magno desiderio non moriendi, donec bene cognoscam Iesum Christum, et illo fruar in anima mea, illam penitus pacificante contra omnes impugnationes, et liberante a periculis omnibus, et illuminante interius in rebus omnibus, quae sunt ipsius servitii, te demum gloriam illi adversus omnes confusiones, tristitias, et turbationes ipsius largiente' appears in Spanish in the variant manuscript: 'El día de la Purificatión de nuestra Señora io recebí mucho conoscimento sobre el evangelio, mucha devotión sobre el officio de la benedición de las candelas. Tuue gran deseo de non morir hasta que io conosca bien á Iesu Xpo. y le uea en mi alma pacificándola del todo, contra todas impugnationes, librándola de todos peligros, alumbrándola inter[n]amente en todas las cosas de suo seruitio y dándole gloria contra todas sus confusiones, tristezas y turbationes'.

The paragraphs convey the same material, concerning the blessing of the candles on the day of Purification of Our Lady, and the writer's desire to not die until he fully experienced the presence of Jesus in his heart. I am not sure why one manuscript has this paragraph printed in Spanish instead of Latin.
