These verbs are both 1st person, plural, subjuctive, they both work grammatically in this sentence. However, they change the meaning of the phrase from holding (teneamus) to practicing (tractemus). With 'teneamus': But also since we keep in mind and hold all things which enter upon the virtue from himself and with 'tractemus': But also since we keep in mind and practice all things which enter upon the virtue from himself. Both are possible, the choice depends on the focus of the writer.
