'Magi deinde obeunt ran? itum' has an unclear word, but means something like Then, the Magi obeyed [missing word] in going and 'Transeuntes magi' means the Magi going over....
The first phrase probably refers to the Magi obeying a dream not to return to King Herod after finding Baby Jesus. They both refer to the return journey of the Magi, but the first has more detail.
