These verbs are both first person singular, future, active, indicative. The meaning is similar but not identical. 'Impetrabam' means I will obtain, bring to pass while 'implorabam' means I will invoke, call upon for aid. Given that the writer is calling for help from Jesus, Mary, and the Holy Spirit, I believe the second option is more appropriate. One doesn't expect help from God, they ask humbly for it.
