These words are spelled similarly and have different meanings, so this may have been a transcription error. 'Facta' means made, constructed and 'festa' means festive, joyous or the noun holidays.
Since it is followed by the names of two holidays in the gentitive case, I suspect the correct choice is 'festa': 'haec festa natalitiorum et Epiphaniae' (These holidays of the Nativity and the Epiphany).
