These two words mean very different things. 'Domino' is either dative or ablative, meaning to the Lord, by the Lord and 'duo' means two. Neither is a perfect fit- 'duo' makes more sense as the plural subject of 'sunt,' but it does not agree grammatically with 'haec'.
