inveniendi: those things which are to be found/discovered querendi: those things which are to be lamented
Perhaps the original verb was intended to be 'quaero' whose gerundive is quaerendus. This would mean basically the same thing as 'inveniendus.' In the context of the sentence below, queror doesn't make any sense.
'...so that the first desires of my heart be in that which is chief and first, that is, that they sit once and for all in the first place where exquisite care is to be found.'
