reply to the Astronomer Royal’s Circular letter
of 1860 October 20
presented to the Observatory of the Roman College,
by authority of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, has been
forwarded by to Mes McCracken to address for transmission to Mr: Cmeley
Rome
