Pierre Favre (1506-1546) was one of the first Ignatius of Loyola's companions and the first Jesuit ordered priest. He is author of a famous Memoriale, a well-known spiritual text firstly published in 1873, after his canonization.
In 2018 an unknown manuscript of the Memoriale has been discovered within the Historical Archives of the Pontifical Gregorian University (shelf-number FC 1042). This page aims to outline the project developed after this discovery, the state of the art about the Memoriale textual tradition and the physical description of the APUG testimony.
