aufĕro, abstŭli, ablātum, auferre, v. a. [ab-fero; cf. ab init.], to take or bear off or away, to carry off, withdraw, remove
in-fĕro, intŭli, illātum, inferre, v. a., to carry, bring, put, or throw into or to a place (class.); constr. with in and acc., ad, or the dat.
An interesting substitution because these are almost antonyms.
