Barthold Nihus (7th February 1590, Holtorf, Hanover-10th March 1657, Erfurt) was a Chatolic convert, a German Catholic bishop and controvertialist.
On April 10 1655, Kircher wrote to Berthold Nihus to acquaint him with the election of the new pope, Alexander VII.
