"sanctae" --> "sanae" = "consecrated" --> "healthy"
While "sanctae" is a perfect passive participle, "sanae" is an adjective making the two very grammatically different. Considering that the context is discussing Catholic doctrine, "sanctae" is likely the more appropriate word. However, this is just a speculation.
