Translation: And to the Universal Society through the medium of its saints, by exemplifying the thing itself, for if the person of one Saint George is able to do greater [things] for the sake of converting men to the faith of Christ, and for good works which are to be exercised, than the person of the One Emperor, how many greater [things] will all the saints be able to do together, for my benefit and for the benefit of the Universal Society.
MF Version: et Universae Societati per medium Sanctorum suorum, exemplificando rem ipsam. Sicut si aliquis diceret, multo magis potest facere unica persona revoluendo totum mundum ad bonum cum favore unius et solius sancti Laurentii quam unius imperatoris.
Translation: And to the Universal Society through the medium of its saints, by exemplifying the thing itself. Just as if someone were to say, a single person would be able to do much more for the sake of turning the whole world toward the good by the help of one and only saint Lawrence than one emperor.
Interesting substitution of St. George for St. Lawrence. The message is similar, only the MF version lacks any mention of the company of "all the saints" working together.
