This change adds several elements to the list begun in the previous sentence.
ad poenitentiam et honorem Dei et sanctorum eius [factorum] et quorumcumque misericordiae operum contemptum
"... for the sake of repentance and the honor of God and of his holy [deeds] and of whatsoever mercy for little valued work."
Not sure why the addition was made.
