Abstract The letter starts with mentioning the restructuring of "Caritas Internationalis". The biggest part of the letter then refers to an anonymous person Dr. Sch. and the sender of the letter reports that this Dr. Sch. acts in an egoistic way towards settlers in Brasilia. With one exception all persons who had to do with him would dislike and reject him. It seems that the receiver of the letter, Robert Leiber, prefers an arrangement with this Dr. Sch., and the sender suggest to integrate another person to find a solution to the problem. He then also refers to another issue that is left unspecified but that the sender finds important and timely. Finally, he encourages Leiber to meet Pater Röscher, ideally outside of Rome, but it is not specified what should be discussed between the two.
