אֶרֶץ אֶרֶץ distinguitur a תֵּבֶל et terra, et in plurali
facit אֲרָצות. Ordinarie habet duo segol;
sed interdum ָָ et ֶ quando scilicet sequitur
litera ל,כ,ב,ה et quando habet accentum soph
psasuch, vel atnach. disting signifi
cat autem proprie ipsum elementum terrae, et
distinguitur a תֵּבֶל quod significat terram
habitabilem tantum. inde aliqui putant dictam
esse אֶרֶץ a verbo רוּץ id est currere quia
terra secundum suam puram naturam, ut est elementum
purum, est siccisssima, et proinde maxime
fluida, et mobilis, ut apparet in pulvere,
